On May 4th, 2015, Steph Curry of the Golden State Warriors was named as the NBA’s Most Valuable Player. Leading the Warriors to a 67 win season (their best at the time), Curry averaged 23.8 points, 7.7 assists, and 2 steals per game. He also made 286 three pointers, breaking his own NBA record. After the regular season, Steph would lead the Warriors to their first NBA Championship since 1975. Curry only got better the next season, with another record season from three, hitting 402 shots from beyond the arc and leading Golden State to 73 wins. In 2016 Curry became the first player to unanimously win the award.
