In 2002, Sacramento Kings’ power forward Chucky Brown set a league record by taking the floor with his 12th NBA team. Brown played five minutes in the Kings’ 107-81 triumph over Utah and collected two points, one rebound, one assist, and one steal. The 43rd pick in the 1989 draft, Brown spent 13 years in the NBA. Brown averaged 5.9 points and 3.1 rebounds over his career. Since Brown, NBA players Jim Jackon and Tony Massenburg have tied the record. The most traveled NBA players currently still in the league include Washington Wizards point guard Ish Smith (11 teams) and Brooklyn Nets power forward Jeff Green (10 teams).
