On October 23, 1993, Toronto legend Joe Carter hit a walk-off three-run home run to win the World Series for the Blue Jays. The win was the second championship in a row for the Blue Jays, and Joe Carter was involved in the final play of both World Series—he made the catch for the final out in 1992. Carter is best known for this moment in Toronto sports history, but he also has five All-Star selections and two Silver Slugger awards to go along with his two World Series championships.
