On October 23, 1993, Toronto legend Joe Carter hit a walk-off three-run home run to win the World Series for the Blue Jays. The win was the second championship in a row for the Blue Jays, and Joe Carter was involved in the final play of both World Seriesโ€”he made the catch for the final out in 1992. Carter is best known for this moment in Toronto sports history, but he also has five All-Star selections and two Silver Slugger awards to go along with his two World Series championships.
