Patrick Ewing of the New York Knicks helped the team secure a place in the Finals for the first time since 1973. With just 30 seconds left in Game 7, Ewing landed a dunk that took the score to 91-90. The performance proved to be a career highlight, Ewing collected 24 points, 22 rebounds, seven assists and five blocks, as well as the game-winning bucket. Despite Ewing’s impressive performance, the Knicks lost the 1994 Finals to the Houston Rockets in seven games.
