Brandon Jennings became the first American player out of high school to be signed by a professional European team. Jennings signed with Virtus Roma in 2008. One year later, he was selected as the 10th draft pick by the Milwaukee Bucks. Jennings spent ten seasons with the NBA before playing one season with the Shanxi Brave Dragons of the Chinese Basketball Association. He played a two 10-day contracts with the Bucks in 2018 and ten games with the Zenit Saint Petersburg of the VTB United League before his retirement in 2018.
