On June 20, 2013, the Miami Heat, led by LeBron James, defeated the San Antonio Spurs in Game 7 of the NBA Finals 95-88. It was the Heat’s second championship in a row, as well as James’ second Finals MVP in a row. James averaged 25.3 points per game, 10.9 rebounds per game, 7.0 assists per game, and 2.3 steals per game over the series. This was the third straight NBA Finals appearance for the Miami Heat and their Big Three of James, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh, out of an eventual four appearances in a row.
