Today in Sports History: March 28

On March 28, 1990, Michael Jordan scored a career-high 69 points against the Cleveland Cavaliers, leading them to a 117-113 overtime win. Jordan shot 23-for-37 in 50 minutes, also grabbing 18 rebounds, dishing out 6 assists, and 4 steals. As is well known, Jordan would go on to become arguably the greatest basketball player of all time, leading the Bulls to six NBA Championships and winning five NBA MVPs, among countless other accolades.
