Moses Malone scores a third-quarter foul shot during a 1994 Philadelphia 76ers versus Charlotte Hornets game. This shot tipped him into third place in the league’s all-time scoring list with 27,314. He surpassed Hall of Famer Elvin Hayes. Malone currently ranks 9th for career points with 29,580. Moses Malone is known as one of the greatest players of his generation, and perhaps ever. His resume contains several accolades such as winning 3 MVP awards, leading the league in rebounding 6 times, and winning the NBA Finals as well as Finals MVP in 1983.
