On October 17, 1982, Robin Yount recorded four hits in Game 5 of the World Series, marking his second game with four hits in that series. Yount became the first and is still the only player to have two four-hit games in a World Series, despite his Milwaukee Brewers losing in seven games. Yount would never win a World Series in his career, but he was a first-ballot Hall of Famer, three-time All-Star, three-time Silver Slugger, and two-time AL MVP to go along with his incredible World Series performance.
