On September 22, 1991, legendary NFL coach Don Shula led the Miami Dolphins to a win, giving him his 300th career NFL victory. Shula went on to win 347 games in his career, which is still the record for most victories by an NFL coach. He is considered one of the greatest coaches of all time, leading his teams to two Super Bowl victories. His teams won five AFC Championships, and he was named the coach of the year four times in his illustrious career. In addition to the record for most victories, Shula also holds the records for most games coached with 526 and consecutive seasons coached with 33. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1997.
